How to Use
- For safe and effective use, you’ll need a stable, level surface to place a cold plunge tub (not included), a hose to fill the tub with water, and access to power for the chiller
- Set the desired temperature on the chiller control, typically between 50° F and 59° F (10° C–15° C) for cold therapy, though some people go as low as 39° F (4° C)
- Allow the chiller to reach the set temperature (this may take a few hours to adjust), then step into the tub slowly to acclimate your body to the cold
- Most people start with 1–3 minutes in the water, gradually building up to 5–10 minutes as tolerance improves
- After finishing, dry off and warm up slowly

Care Instructions
- To maintain your cold plunge chiller, regularly clean its filters and intake screens to prevent clogging and ensure efficiency
- Keep the water balanced and filtered, using low level chlorine to control bacteria and algae
- If you have hard water, descale the chiller every few months to prevent mineral buildup
