Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Please review our return policy below.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns.
To initiate a return, please follow the steps outlined in our Returns Process section below.
Return Eligibility
- Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of used items. Items must be in new, unused condition, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
- Returns for change of mind (e.g., accidental order, better price available, no longer needed/wanted) will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):
- Items not in their original condition, items that are damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Returns Process
To return products purchased from Durasage, please complete the following steps:

Log in to Your Account
- Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to our refund policy or returns page.
- In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
- Open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Return to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code.

Select the Order
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

Select Items to Return
- If your order has more than one item, select the items that you want to return.

Provide Return Details
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

Submit Your Request
- Click Request Return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions.
- We will process your return once it has been received.

Note: Unauthorized or Collect on Delivery (COD) returns will not be accepted.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- If a discounted return shipping label was provided, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund yet:
- Check Your Bank Account
- Contact Your Credit Card Company - It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact Your Bank - Processing times may cause delays.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund; sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at support@durasagehealth.com.
