IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING UNAUTHORIZED DURASAGE™ SELLERS

Durasage™ sells ONLY through authorized dealers. Only dealers authorized by Durasage™ have committed to provide excellent pre-sale and post-sale customer service and to uphold Durasage standards. Authorized Durasage™ dealers are the ONLY retailers that can convey to you, the consumer, the Durasage™ factory warranty.

Products sold by unauthorized sellers are possible counterfeit, used, close-outs and old inventory products. These products may no longer comply with our standards. Products that were bought through unauthorized dealers are not covered by our warranty. Consumers who have purchased from unauthorized sellers report problems contacting these unauthorized sellers for post-sale support, and in some instances have received used or damaged product, and have even experienced credit card fraud as a result of attempting to purchase from unauthorized sellers.

If you have purchased Durasage™ products from an unauthorized seller at Amazon, Walmart or eBay please report to Durasage™ as soon as possible provide the seller name and your order number and we will use our best efforts to assist in receiving a full refund from Amazon, Walmart or eBay.

We recommend that any online buyer confirms that he or she is, in fact, purchasing from an authorized online seller.
